Co-ordination

(section 8 of the Act) In some cases, there may be multiple responsible persons for qualifying premises or events. They must co-ordinate with each other, so far as is reasonably practicable, to meet the Act’s requirements. Additionally, where qualifying premises form part of other qualifying premises, the responsible persons must co-ordinate with each other, so far as is reasonably practicable, to meet the Act’s requirements.
