Schedule 1 use

(Schedule 1 to the Act) A Schedule 1 use is one of the specific types of activities listed in Schedule 1 to the Act. Premises that are wholly or mainly used for any of these activities may fall within the scope of the legislation, if they meet the other criteria under section 2 of the Act, and therefore become qualifying premises.
